ABOUT OUR GLUTEN-FREE MENU ITEMS
We take all reasonable precautions to avoid any kind of cross-contamination. However, please be aware that flour and gluten products are present in our kitchens, so while our procedures are sufficient for most people with gluten intolerance, we recommend that those with EXTREME gluten allergies order with caution.
We purchase our specially made gluten-free crusts from Mariposa Baking Company. Our kitchen staff takes the following important steps to avoid cross-contaminating gluten-free items with wheat:
Pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings for gluten-free pizzas are stored in a special area away from other food items
Gluten-free items are prepared in a separate area away from our wheat flour pizza preparation
Gluten-free pizzas are baked on a specially designed raised baking screen so that they won’t come into contact with the cooking surface used for other pizzas
Gluten-free pizzas are sliced with a special cutter that is ONLY used for gluten-free pizzas

Water, GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org amaranth flour), org palm oil, non-GMO extra virgin olive oil, expeller pressed non-GMO canola oil, yeast, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, beet fiber, apple cider vinegar, sea salt and ascorbic acid
